Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Partner Account Manager to drive strategic growth through our consulting partnerships. This role requires a dynamic and results-driven individual to manage and strengthen relationships with our consulting partners and hyperscalers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute joint business plans that align our partners' goals with our company's objectives.
  • Collaborate with partners to drive sales opportunities, influence demand generation, and support the successful closure of deals.
  • Ensure partners are accurately trained and enabled to sell, implement, and support our products and services.
  • Monitor partner performance against established critical metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with consulting partners, including marketing initiatives and co-branded events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or channel sales, preferably within the technology or consulting sector.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with consulting or strategic partners.
  • Strong understanding of the consulting business model and hyperscaler models.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence partners at all levels.
