The ideal candidate will develop and implement a talent management framework for the AMC industry, focusing on identifying and developing internal talent. This will involve creating a strategy around the F10B10 framework and executing it effectively.

The role also involves building linkages with other critical HR processes to achieve better synergies. This includes preparing career development plans based on IDPs/MDPs and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders to develop key talent.

Key responsibilities include defining standards/measures for the initiative and learning programs, building a feedback mechanism from employees, and ensuring due diligence for external programs.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will plan, organise, and execute various organisational development initiatives, including understanding policies and programs, selecting appropriate interventions, and facilitating career development initiatives.

Key Challenges:

  • Executing development plans on schedule with the support of line managers, employees, and HR.
  • Committing resources to this initiative, considering the present condition of financial markets and typical attrition levels in the AMC industry.
  • Effectively monitoring business benefits and implementing change management programs with active involvement from all concerned.
