- Own attendance, rosters, and workforce planning to ensure zero disruption in daily operations.">
- Anticipate challenges by analysing data and plan backups to maintain seamless order flow.">
- Run regular training sessions to sharpen sales skills and product knowledge.">
- Spot high-potential performers and groom them into future team leaders.">
