
Telesales Team Manager

The Team Lead will be responsible for managing a high-performing team of 60+ telesales pharmacists. This includes creating an environment where targets are consistently met, driving sales outcomes while ensuring top-notch call quality, and partnering with the Quality team to monitor metrics and recognize top achievers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 60+ telesales pharmacists.
- Be the go-to person for escalations, problem-solving, and on-floor decision-making.
- Create an environment where targets are consistently met.
- Drive sales outcomes while ensuring top-notch call quality.
- Partner with the Quality team to monitor metrics and recognize top achievers.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A graduate degree in Engineering or a related field/Business schools preferred.
- At least 12 years of experience in telesales/inside sales/call centre sales, with exposure to team handling.
- Ability to lead large groups, inspire performance, and make quick decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
