Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a TeleSales Executive located in Mumbai. The TeleSales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound sales calls, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, identifying sales opportunities, and maintaining records of calls and sales. The role also involves building and maintaining customer relationships, offering product information, and closing sales deals.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in a telesales or telemarketing environment is a plus
