About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated individual with a background in real estate to join us as a
Telesales Executive cume
Office Coordinator. This role will involve driving lead generation, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting ongoing redevelopment and hospitality projects. The position offers an opportunity to work closely with the leadership team and gain exposure across different facets of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new leads across real estate and redevelopment opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with brokers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and project-related communication.
- Track progress across multiple projects and ensure smooth execution.
- Prepare reports and updates for management.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in real estate, preferably redevelopment or related fields.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in handling responsibilities.
- Comfortable with both fieldwork and coordination tasks.
Location:
Dadar, Mumbai (with flexibility to travel as required).
