Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telesales Executive role located in Navi Mumbai. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, generating leads, delivering effective customer service, and managing customer support inquiries. The role involves building strong client relationships, reaching sales targets, and communicating effectively with customers to understand and fulfill their needs.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support
- Experience in Lead Generation and Sales
- Ability to build and nurture client relationships and achieve sales goals
- Professional attitude and proven ability to work in a team environment
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer applications
- Previous experience in telesales or a related field is advantageous
- Educational qualification in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus
