Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Executive based in Mumbai. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for interacting with customers, generating leads, and driving sales over the phone. Day-to-day tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, maintaining accurate records of interactions, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role requires effective communication and a customer-centric approach to build and maintain relationships.
