Job Summary:
Auspro Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking enthusiastic and driven Telesales Executives to join our international sales team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an international process-preferably targeting the Australian market-with a strong background in sales or appointment setting for solar energy projects. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to grow in a high-performance, target-oriented environment with a focus on the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients in Australia for solar solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant solar offerings effectively.
- Book qualified appointments for our solar consultants and partner teams.
- Manage and nurture leads in the CRM system, ensuring consistent follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.\
- Handle objections and provide accurate product information.
- Report on call activity and results to the team lead or manager.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1-2 years of telesales experience in an international voice process is a must
- Prior experience in Australian market campaigns or solar energy projects is highly preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English
- Comfortable working the early morning shift (4:30 AM 1:30 PM IST)
- Target-driven, with a proven ability to meet sales goals
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems is a plus. Self-motivated, disciplined, and a team player
Shift Timing: 4:30 AM to 12:30 PM (Aligned with Australian business hours)
