Business Development Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Director - Power Solutions to join our team at Vserve Group.
About the Role- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and creating a sales network across various states, considering area sales requirements and implementing warranty schemes across dealers.
- You will identify areas where sales are lacking and recommend solutions to improve market potential.
- Your primary focus will be on taking regular feedback from customers to drive improvements in our products and services.
Vserve Group is a leading company with a diverse portfolio of power tools and portable generators under the brand name ALPHA. We offer a wide range of products, including 100+ power tools and petrol Gensets with multiple power outputs.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective strategies to expand our sales network and increase market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement warranty schemes that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop targeted solutions.
- A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the power tool and generator industry, including market trends and customer needs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.
