Role Overview
The Pre-Sales Director/Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team by qualifying leads, creating customized solutions, and delivering compelling proposals and presentations. This role is critical in securing medium to large-scale businesses in sectors such as hospitality, franchising, professional services, and corporates.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Collaborate with the sales team to assess and prioritize leads from medium to large enterprises based on budget, timeline, and business needs.
- Solution Development: Design and present tailored solutions showcasing Befree’s capabilities in finance and accounting outsourcing.
- Proposal Management: Develop and deliver RFPs, RFQs, and proposals that align with client needs and highlight our competitive advantage.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with decision-makers, demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and positioning Befree as a trusted partner.
- Sales Enablement: Partner with sales and marketing teams to align on messaging, market insights, and strategies for client acquisition.
- CRM and Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records and provide insights on pre-sales activities to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Key Qualifications
Experience:
- 4+ years in pre-sales, sales support, or solution design roles, ideally in outsourcing or finance and accounting services.
- Proven success engaging with medium to large-scale businesses in industries such as hospitality, franchising, or professional services.
Skills:
- Expertise in CRM tools and proposal management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to present complex solutions clearly.
- Experience in lead qualification frameworks (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
