Position Overview

We seek a Business Development & Fundraising Strategist to lead fundraising efforts. This senior-level role requires strategic, proactive, and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of securing and managing institutional funding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy focused on CSR, institutional donors, philanthropic foundations, and high-net-worth individuals.
  • Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-value funding opportunities aligned with the mission.
  • Develop fundraising pipelines, set quarterly targets, and track progress with clarity and rigor.
Donor Cultivation & Relationship Management
  • Build and manage strong, long-term relationships with new and existing donors.
  • Represent in external meetings, pitches, CSR events, and philanthropic forums.
  • Lead stewardship efforts, ensuring donors feel connected to the mission and impact.
Proposal & Communication Development
  • Craft high-quality proposals, concept notes, grant applications, decks, and donor reports.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (programs, communications, finance) to present accurate, compelling narratives backed by data and outcomes.
  • Tailor communications for different donor segments and formats, including pitch presentations and thought pieces.
