Drive Strategic Partnerships
The primary responsibility is to forge and manage strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions to expand business capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess potential partners: Analyze potential partners based on strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with business objectives.
- Negotiate agreements: Negotiate mutually beneficial terms that align with strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with business goals.
- Drive growth and new initiatives: Collaborate with partners to identify and implement joint growth opportunities that drive revenue growth for the business.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in financial services.
- Demonstrated history of generating growth by using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
