We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Growth Partner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction, operations, and growth of our firm.

Key Responsibilities- Business Strategy: Define and drive the overall business strategy to grow our service portfolio and expand our client base across industries.
- Partnership Development: Develop strategic partnerships and identify new revenue streams to fuel growth and expansion.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure high efficiency, service quality, compliance, and delivery excellence across all accounts.
- Financial Management: Oversee P&L, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable profitability.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with other partners, recruit, mentor, and build high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related industries.
- Strong record in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery.
- Expertise in P&L management, business expansion, and capital allocation.
- Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
