Job Title: Financial Strategic Leader

Role Overview

The Financial Strategic Leader plays a vital role in driving business growth by developing and implementing effective financial strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • Direct the planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to ensure optimal financial performance.
  • Ensure adherence to financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards through proactive compliance measures.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and financial institutions.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, cost control, and profitability to drive business improvement.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and risk management practices to mitigate financial risks.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to accounting operations, payroll, and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic financial plans and provide actionable insights.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications like CPA/CFA are highly valued.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with at least 2 years in a similar leadership position.
  • Proven expertise in financial regulations, tax laws, and auditing practices.
  • Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Excel, with advanced skills in data analysis and visualization.
