Job Title: Strategic Financial LeaderJob Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Financial Leader to join our organization. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through effective financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement long-term financial plans aligned with business objectives;
  • Analyze financial results and identify trends to provide actionable insights to senior management;
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support business units with performance analysis;
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems;
  • Oversee reporting processes and ensure robust internal controls on reporting accuracy;
  • Manage complex financial data and handle operational financial controls including revenue/sales growth, expense and margin management, and financial goal tracking;
  • Work closely with the business to understand pipeline impact on Forecast with support of the CRM;
  • Provide strategic guidance to local Market Financial Directors to drive growth, efficiency, and profitability;
  • Support business cases, investment appraisals, and pricing strategies with robust financial modelling and analysis

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Business Controller/financial planning & analysis, controlling, or related roles;
  • Hold a degree in finance or accounting (CA/CMA/MBA/ACCA) with a minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience;
  • A background in a large organization and international environment is preferred;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with stakeholders;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI knowledge is an asset;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;
