Role Overview:

Telenetix is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Mumbai with flexibility for remote work. This full-time hybrid role will involve supporting the sales team through lead generation, inbound/outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and account management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable working with LMS systems and marketing automation tools like LUSHA and Sales Nav, and have the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and qualify potential prospects to create sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Requirements:

  • 0-1 years of experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar IT sales role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
