Key Account Strategist

At Soffit Infrastructure Services (P) Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients of our organization.
This involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and then developing solutions to meet those needs.
The Business Development Manager also acts as a liaison between the clients and our organization, ensuring that the clients receive the best possible service and support.
We prefer candidates with an impressive track record of selling solutions and managing enterprise accounts, particularly in the IT services industry.
Relevant domestic B2B sales experience is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:- Build and Maintain Strong Relationships
Regular communication with clients, understanding their business needs, and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
Develop Account StrategiesWorking with clients to develop account strategies that align with their business objectives and help achieve their goals.
Collaborate with Other TeamsWorking collaboratively with other teams within the organization, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are being met.
Manage Client ExpectationsManaging client expectations by ensuring they understand what products and services are available, what we can and cannot do, and what timelines are realistic.
Ensure Client SatisfactionMonitoring client satisfaction, identifying any issues or concerns, and working to resolve them in a timely manner.
Analyze Account PerformanceAnalyzing account performance to identify trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve account performance.
Negotiate Contracts and RenewalsNegotiating contracts and renewals with clients, ensuring both parties are satisfied with the terms and conditions.
Maintain Accurate RecordsMaintaining accurate records of client interactions, including contact information, contract terms, and any issues or concerns that arise.
Requisite Qualifications & Experience:- Education
A graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field with relevant experience of at least 5 years, preferably from the IT services industry.
Proven Track RecordA proven track record of sales, account management, or customer service.
Communication SkillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Negotiation SkillsStrong negotiation skills.
Analytical SkillsAnalytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Customer-Focused MindsetA customer-focused mindset.
TeamworkThe ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Enterprise ExperienceExperience working with large enterprise clients is preferred.
