  • Supports the smooth running of the People & Culture Department,
  • Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role, ensuring that all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborates with their immediate report, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, that productivity and performance levels are attained
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships whilst promoting the company culture and values.

Requirements of the People & Culture Intern:

-Educational Qualification of BBA or MBA in Human Resources vertical

-Hands-on approach with a can-do work style

-Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry

-Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned

-Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence

-Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms

-Strong communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support the efficient functioning of the People & Culture Department.
  2. Take charge of duties and tasks assigned, completing them in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure cost control, inventory management, productivity, and performance goals are met.
  4. Develop strong relationships with colleagues while upholding company values and culture.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.
  2. A hands-on approach with a proactive mindset.
  3. Passion for delivering excellent customer service within the hospitality sector.
  4. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to take ownership of tasks.
  5. Integrity and ability to thrive in a demanding environment.
  6. Experience working with multiple IT systems.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
