About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Development Specialist who can drive people initiatives, build a strong talent pipeline, and align HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical, sales, and operations roles to attract top talent.
  • Implement KPI/KRA frameworks across departments and monitor performance reviews with department heads.
  • Design engagement activities, employee recognition programs, and career development initiatives to boost employee satisfaction.
  • Oversight of HR policies, payroll inputs, statutory compliance, and grievance handling to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate skill development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership to align workforce strategy with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent degree.
  • 5–6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or tech sectors.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, performance management systems, and HR operations.
  • Prior experience in KPI/KRA management and organizational development.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
