We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Group Human Resource Role in Masta Bearing Housing, located in the Industrial Equipment / Machinery - Construction Equipment industry. Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective human resource strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee data and performance metrics.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters and policies.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement recruitment plans and programs.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze and resolve complex HR-related issues and problems.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems, including recruitment and talent management tools.
