Job Overview
The role of Manager-HR is ideal for an accomplished HR professional with proven expertise in managing HR operations within a manufacturing environment. The position, based in Gujarat, requires dynamic leadership to oversee comprehensive HR operations, drive efficient recruitment in a fast-paced setting, champion process improvements, oversee compliance and Employment law , and foster positive employee relations across functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of HR operations
, including administration, payroll, statutory compliance, audits, and HR process optimization within a manufacturing setup. - Direct end-to-end recruitment processes
for both technical and non-technical positions, delivering efficient talent acquisition in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. - Champion HR processes and initiatives
that enhance operational effectiveness, drive process automation, and maintain best-in-class standards. - Ensure full adherence to compliance and audit requirements
, monitor labor law updates, maintain statutory records - Oversee employee relations
, resolve grievances, and develop strategies to maintain a collaborative work climate and high engagement across various levels - Guide the management and smooth implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment to business objectives and statutory mandates.
- Partner actively with the leadership and business heads to address people challenges, succession planning, and workforce readiness in the manufacturing domain.

Required Qualifications and Skills
· Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.

Minimum of 10 years' experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing setup
.
· Deep knowledge of labor laws, compliance, audits, and HR processes.
· Extensive experience in fast-paced recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy deployment.
· Proven proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite; process-oriented mindset with strong
problem-solving ability.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, able to influence and drive
transformational changes.
