Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resource Manager located in Ahmedabad. The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, managing employee relations, handling onboarding and training programs, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. The role involves strategic planning to improve productivity and employee engagement, performance management, and maintaining employee records. Daily tasks will also include addressing employee queries and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, interviewing, and hiring
  • Proficiency in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts
  • Knowledge of onboarding and training programs
  • Understanding of performance management and employee engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Understanding of local labor laws and regulations
