Strategic HR Leader

This role spearheads the Human Resources function, providing strategic business partnership to leadership teams and driving human resources strategy and policy implementation.

  • The position involves managing harmonious industrial relations, ensuring legal/ statutory compliance, and developing effective employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • HR Strategy Development: Developing and implementing human resources strategy and policy in support of business objectives.
  • Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Responsible for talent acquisition by providing a talented workforce within set timelines.
  • HR Manpower Planning and Budgeting: Assist in budgeting process of all HR items (manpower costs, operational expenses) and headcount requirement.
  • Performance Management: Drive continual performance management and annual compensation review for the site.
  • Talent Management: Implement periodic talent management reviews and ensure development/retention plans are executed.
  • Learning and Development: Promote a culture of learning and high performance.
  • HR Compliance and Statutory Obligations: Ensure HR legal compliances by monitoring and implementing applicable statutory laws.
  • Labour Management: Maintain harmonious and productive IR environment.
  • Employee Engagement and Wellbeing: Implement initiatives to impact key drivers of employee engagement.
  • HR Operations: Supervise and review all HR operations pertaining to the employee life cycle.
Requirements:
  • Educational Qualifications: Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Experience: 15+ years' experience with handling HR functions. Experience in manufacturing setups is preferred.
  • Knowledge and Skills: HR operations, industrial relations, labour legislations, business acumen, analytical ability, communication skills.
