About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ownership mindset, proactive approach to problem-solving, and excellent influencing skills.

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for driving critical human resource metrics, engaging with key internal and external partners, and operating independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development of the team.

The role requires strong analytical thinking, bias for execution, and passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing others.

Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is highly valued, as well as ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

The successful candidate will own and drive HR policies and directives for smooth implementation across the firm, fostering a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive critical human resource metrics such as retention, engagement, and cost for a fast-paced business.
  • Engage with key internal and external partners to develop Compensation and Benefits (C&B), Staffing, HR Services and Systems (HRSS) strategies.
  • Operate independently to ensure employee satisfaction and development of the team.
  • Responsible for HR operations, Employee Relations and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to tackle business problems and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Analyze data to measure success and drive proactive actions to further support business objectives.
