Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Leader

The role of a Human Resources Manager is to oversee end-to-end HR operations, drive employee engagement, and act as a strong link between management and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process for diverse roles, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee onboarding & offboarding processes, guaranteeing seamless employee lifecycle management.
  • Handle payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, track attendance, and manage HRMS tools (Keka/Zoho), driving continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives, address grievances, and organize team events.
  • Execute exit formalities in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a positive employer brand.
  • Pose as a strategic HR partner to management while being approachable to employees, fostering open communication.
  • Cultivate a positive work culture through regular employee engagement events.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition professional with 4-7 years of experience. Prior experience in Real Estate HR will be an added advantage.
