Job Overview:

The role of Deputy Manager is a strategic position that oversees the entire human resources function, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. The incumbent will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting regular payroll audits and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.

  • Manages the talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for the organization.

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a fair and transparent manner.

  • Develops and monitors overall HR strategies, manpower planning, and budget preparation.

  • Cultivates a culture of employee engagement, wellbeing, collaboration, and teamwork to drive business success.

  • Oversees and manages a performance management/appraisal system that drives high performance and achieves business objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with exposure to both strategic and operational roles.

  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices in the region.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools, MS Office, and payroll software.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
