Job Title: Strategic Human Resources Leader

The role of the Strategic Human Resources Leader is to oversee various aspects of human resources in a designated unit. This position involves strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Selection:

    Identify top talent by following up with consultants, maintaining a database of applications, and conducting assessment centers.

  • Manpower Planning:

    Allocate staff to sub-departments based on strengths, weaknesses, customer interaction levels, and ROM/UM. Ensure availability of manpower as per requirements without exceeding permissible limits.

  • Training and Development:

    Prepare training calendars, develop modules, ensure infrastructure for internal programs, and negotiate with external consultants for specific needs.

  • Payroll Activities:

    Update employee data accurately and timely, and close payroll inputs according to given timelines.

  • Employee Engagement:

    Communicate policies, clarify queries, handle grievances, tie up employees with other institutions, and execute employee engagement activities.

  • Statutory Compliances:

    Liaise with consultants to ensure timely filing of returns and meet statutory compliances for brand staff and concessionaires.

  • Performance Management and Retention:

    Communicate appraisal schedules, conduct PA workshops, follow up on appraisals, evaluate feedback, and counsel employees post-increments.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate teams.
