We are seeking a strategic leader to drive expansion across the Mumbai market. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the city's geography, demographics, standards of living, and real estate landscape.

This position will play a key role in driving business growth, ensuring feasibility, profitability, and excellence in execution.

Core Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis & Feasibility
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Mumbai's micro-markets to identify new expansion opportunities.
  • Evaluate feasibility based on location, quality of life, demographics, and affordability.
  • Track emerging hubs, residential/commercial clusters, and competitive landscape.
Supply Chain Management & Execution
  • Identify and onboard new supply partners and channels.
  • Negotiate and finalise partnerships ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Plan and execute new centre launches with full ownership of P&L.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Deliver on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and half-yearly targets.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports on existing and upcoming centres.
  • Provide data-driven insights to leadership for strategic decision-making.
On-Ground Insights & Engagement
  • Conduct regular site visits to gather real-time insights.
  • Liaise with property owners, developers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor operational quality and suggest improvements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Legal teams for seamless execution.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and legal frameworks.
