Job Title: Enterprise IAM Strategist

This role presents the opportunity to drive strategic Identity and Access Management initiatives for a leading financial institution as part of their expanding UK operations.

About the Role:

We seek an accomplished Senior IAM Lead to spearhead enterprise security architecture, providing technical expertise and thought leadership to shape IAM strategy, implementation, and governance across large-scale environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute IAM strategy, architecture, and implementation across complex enterprise environments.
  • Thought Leadership: Provide visionary guidance to identify security gaps, recommend innovative solutions, and enhance IAM, MFA, Zero Trust, and related security domains.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior executives and technical teams to align IAM solutions with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • End-to-End IAM Governance: Oversee comprehensive IAM lifecycle management including user provisioning, access governance, authentication frameworks, and privileged access management.
  • Team Development: Mentor technical teams to establish best practices and foster innovation in IAM delivery across global centers.
  • Technology Innovation: Evaluate, integrate, and implement cutting-edge IAM tools, MFA solutions, and Zero Trust security frameworks.
  • Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure IAM solutions meet stringent compliance standards, risk management protocols, and regulatory requirements specific to financial services.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive knowledge-sharing initiatives, establish best practices, and lead ongoing improvements within enterprise IAM programs.
