Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our software company, Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt Ltd. This role requires a strategic, data-driven thinker with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

About the Role

This HR Manager position is responsible for implementing and developing HR strategies, policies, and programs that enable the organization to attract, retain, and develop the required talent pool.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Recruit and hire top talent for the organization by leveraging multiple sources, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage employee relations by responding to employee questions, conducting investigations, and resolving concerns in a fair and timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with business leaders to understand their staffing needs and workforce planning activities.
  • Design and implement employee performance review processes and assist with succession planning to ensure continuity of key roles.
  • Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date personnel records, including payroll and benefits information.
  • Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge necessary for success in their roles.
  • Partner with managers to design and implement employee rewards and recognition programs to boost morale and motivation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • At least 2 years of HR management experience in a software or technology company.
  • Proven ability to manage HR functions across multiple states and regions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and human resources best practices.
  • Experience with HR software and applicant tracking systems.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
