Freight Forwarding Business Development Job
Seeking a skilled business development professional to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the freight forwarding industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, sales strategies, and client relationships. They will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing effective solutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
3. Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to secure new contracts.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding or a related field.
2. MBA (International Marketing/Business) preferred.
3. Strong understanding of international trade, logistics, and market trends.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
