As a Senior Executive Client Servicer, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating team efforts, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Coordination and Collaboration:

    • Coordinate project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to meet client expectations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and conceptualize content calendars, pitches, and campaigns.
  • Quality Check and Research:
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative designs.
    • Conduct competitive and industry analysis to understand brand positioning and target audience demographics.
    • Research cutting-edge technology to inspire innovative ideas.
  • Reports and Time Management:
    • Ensure timely collection of data and inputs from functional teams for social media and brand analysis reports.
    • Assist in creating reports for social media and brand analysis.
    • Follow internal TATs, prioritize tasks, and deliver work on time.
  • Vendor Management:
    • Invoice and follow-up on payments.
    • Maintain relevant trackers with accurate information.
