Guest Experience Manager Role

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences that leave a lasting impression. We are looking for a highly skilled and professional Guest Experience Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a seamless first experience and setting the tone for a memorable stay.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating with precision and efficiency, ensuring all guests receive personalized attention.
  • Assist guests with menu queries, special requests, and dietary needs, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy, resolving issues promptly and fairly, and using these opportunities to grow and improve our services.
  • Coordinate with service staff, kitchen, and management for smooth operations, maintaining a positive and productive work environment that fosters career growth and learning opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception/host area, reflecting the high standards of our establishment and showcasing our commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and colleagues alike, and build trust through open and honest communication.
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable personality, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and going above and beyond to meet guest needs.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, and remain calm and positive under pressure.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or guest relations is highly desirable, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you grow and succeed in your role.
