Reservations Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Reservations Coordinator to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations across various channels, ensuring seamless guest communication, and maintaining accurate data on property management systems (PMS) and online travel agencies (OTAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating reservations across multiple platforms, including direct bookings, offline channels, and OTAs.
  • Handling guest inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of guest information, including booking details and preferences.
  • Verifying property listings and ensuring rates, availability, and content are up-to-date.
  • Developing and implementing SOPs, email templates, and booking process documents to streamline operations.
  • Reviewing and approving guest communication to ensure tone and accuracy meet company standards.
  • Collaborating with property managers to facilitate smooth check-ins and special requests.
  • Preparing and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on booking and revenue performance.

Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in reservations or front office management in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets, PMS, and rate management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages an asset).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting software.
  • Attention to detail, proactive approach, and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
