CFO for Hospitality

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our Banqueting & Catering businesses in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality and catering, with strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, compliance, MIS reporting, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for banquet and catering operations.
• Lead and manage accounts payable/receivable, cost control, revenue optimization, and internal controls.
• Analyze P&L, cash flows, and operational metrics specific to banquet and catering projects.
• Ensure statutory compliance with tax laws, GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulations.
• Implement financial best practices, controls, and ERP systems tailored to banqueting/catering.
• Partner with operations and sales teams to plan profitable events, track margins, and control expenses.
• Support leadership in decision-making with clear financial analysis and recommendations.
• Mentor and supervise the finance team; drive a culture of continuous process improvement and financial integrity.
• Manage vendor contracts, payment cycles, and timely disbursements to suppliers and service partners.

• CA/MBA (Finance) or equivalent, with experience in hospitality/banqueting/catering.
• Minimum 8–12 years of overall finance experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in financial management, budgeting, compliance, MIS, financial modeling, event/catering cost controls.
• Proficiency in financial software and systems such as Tally, SAP, or hospitality ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• High integrity and process orientation.
