Senior Executive Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Manager to support the office of the Supervisory Board.

This is a unique opportunity for an exceptional professional with a background in luxury hospitality or lifestyle management to join our team and take on a challenging role that combines executive assistance and lifestyle management.

  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, meetings, and appointments to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Handle communication workflows, including calls, emails, correspondence, and stakeholder coordination to maintain strong relationships.
  • Organize domestic and international travel, arranging flights, visas, accommodations, transportation, and hospitality to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Oversee lifestyle and personal requirements, including event planning, guest relations, and protocol management to provide high-quality service.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, minutes, and briefs for strategic meetings to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the Chairman, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Ensure the highest standards of hospitality and protocol for VIP guests.

The ideal candidate will be a polished professional from the hospitality or luxury services industry, bringing refinement, attention to detail, and client-centricity. They will have experience in leading luxury hotels, airlines, or premium lifestyle/concierge services and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and guest-relations skills.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience, preferably in an EA background.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, able to handle dynamic priorities and adapt quickly to new systems.
  • Strong proficiency with office productivity tools and a service mindset with high emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
