We are looking for a Program Manager. The role will focus on planning, tracking, and improving core processes across fulfilment, warehousing, and other operational teams. You will work cross-functionally to ensure smoot`h execution, data-backed decision making, and scalable practices that support Aramya's growth.

Key Responsibilities

1.Process Creation & SOP Building

  • Design and implement SOPs for fulfilment, warehousing, and daily operations.
  • Standardize workflows to ensure consistency, reduce errors, and improve efficiency.
  • Continuously refine processes based on data and feedback.

2.Program Management

  • Lead projects on efficiency, automation, and scalability across operations.
  • Support execution of new launches, seasonal peaks, and promotional campaigns.

3.Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with fulfilment and warehousing teams to ensure smooth order flow.
  • Work closely with supply chain, retail, category, finance, and tech/product teams.

4.Data & Analytics

  • Develop dashboards and reports for visibility into operational health.
  • Use data to identify bottlenecks and recommend scalable solutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management (D2C / retail / fashion / e-commerce preferred).
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field from, with strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent skills in Excel/Google Sheets; working knowledge of SQL.
  • High ownership mindset, ability to work with ambiguity, and strong cross-team collaboration.
