Main Responsibilities:
  • Innovate and develop new experiences using data and trends.
  • Benchmark global hospitality offerings to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Design Standard, Local, and Signature Experiences that meet or exceed guest expectations.
  • Collaborate with digital teams to enhance guest journeys.
Team Leadership:
  • Mentor team members across clusters to ensure consistency and growth.
  • Resolve escalations and maintain cross-cluster alignment.
  • Oversee projects and foster collaboration among team members.
Quality Assurance:
  • Lead audits and set benchmarks for safety and service.
  • Act on guest feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Report quality metrics to senior leadership.
