P & L Management:

  • Responsible for managing the profit and loss account of India co-marketing business, which includes a portfolio of biologics.
  • Annual budgeting involves creating plans for portfolio, gross margins, and profitability.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities with potential new clients and product portfolios, and assess commercial feasibility.

Client Management:

  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with active and potential clients.
  • Involved in the complete due diligence process with clients and Intas technical teams for clearance of technical parameters.
  • Explore business expansion opportunities for new products and formulations.

Cross-functional Team Management:

  • Work across boundaries to ensure demand forecasting, timely supplies, and payment cycles by coordinating with external and internal stakeholders and teams.
  • Initiate and renew supply agreements with competitive terms and amendments with the help of the in-house legal department.
  • Extensive communication with internal CFTs (PPMC, quality, regulatory, legal, costing, finance, taxation, AW, Audit, Bio-bulk, Purchase, Vendors).

Manage research modules like Global IMS and other market intelligence datasets.

Collaborate with the strategy lead on specific projects related to portfolio strategy and operational excellence.

Requirements:

B. Pharma + MBA with experience in pharma sales and marketing. Experience across strategy and BD would be an additional advantage.

Key Skills:

Pharma professional with strategic expertise and at least 10+ years of experience.

Ability to take ownership of delivering strategic initiatives for the organization.

Strong grasp of the pharma domain and excellent negotiation and techno-commercial skills.
