  • We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional customer service experience via live chat or email.
  • This role requires ensuring efficient and excellent service by being well-equipped with our platform/product, including market conditions.
  • You will manage and follow up on inquiries/complaints of clients, providing constructive feedback and solutions.
  • Any necessary discrepancies or situational risks should be flagged to management in a timely manner.

Key Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field is required.
  • Diploma in business administration or business management with strong analytical skills is preferred.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in frontline operations (Livechat and Email), is mandatory.
  • Candidates with fintech and financial institution experience are advantageous.
  • Proficient English and Hindi communication and writing skills are essential.
  • A strong passion for developing knowledge and career in fintech/crypto trading firms is desired.
  • A team player with a self-driven attitude, committed to responding positively to client requests, is ideal.
