Job Overview
">- We are seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver exceptional customer service experience via live chat or email.
- This role requires ensuring efficient and excellent service by being well-equipped with our platform/product, including market conditions.
- You will manage and follow up on inquiries/complaints of clients, providing constructive feedback and solutions.
- Any necessary discrepancies or situational risks should be flagged to management in a timely manner.
Key Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field is required.
- Diploma in business administration or business management with strong analytical skills is preferred.
- Minimum 2-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in frontline operations (Livechat and Email), is mandatory.
- Candidates with fintech and financial institution experience are advantageous.
- Proficient English and Hindi communication and writing skills are essential.
- A strong passion for developing knowledge and career in fintech/crypto trading firms is desired.
- A team player with a self-driven attitude, committed to responding positively to client requests, is ideal.
