Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Customer Service Associate located in Hyderabad. The Sales & Customer Service Associate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating (phone call, emails and text support) with customers, providing exceptional customer service, handling direct sales by converting abandoned cart customer.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Sales & phone call support
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Sharp eye for patterns and trends (comprehending problems from repeated customer interactions)
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

Compensation band: 3-3.5 LPA.
