HR Operations Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented leader to drive efficiency, compliance, and process standardization across all HR operations.

Our ideal candidate will lead ownership and execution of core HR operational activities, including HRMS management, payroll processing, compliance management, and full & final settlements.

  • Ensure seamless HR service delivery and consistent employee experience
  • Manage HR dashboards, generate insights, and prepare regular reports for leadership
  • Oversight the efficient functioning of the company's internal HR portal
  • Drive process automation and standardization to improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage internal and external HR audits with full compliance
  • Maintain integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality of HR data in compliance with data protection and security standards
  • Mentor and guide the HR operations team to deliver high-quality outcomes

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in HR operations with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with sound judgment
  • Proven expertise in payroll processing, compliance, HRMS, and HR operations
  • Excellent organizational, reporting, and documentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle queries, manage multiple priorities, and drive ad hoc projects
