Human Resources Director Position

As a seasoned Human Resources professional, you will drive strategic initiatives across HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture-building.

Your key responsibilities will include mentoring HR teams, ensuring compliance, and implementing people processes that align with business goals to support organizational growth.

  1. Lead and mentor a lean team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists, setting clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), balancing workloads and driving accountability.
  2. Oversee global mobility and travel operations: visa applications, deputations, travel policy compliance and budget control.
  3. Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding).
  4. Champion employee experience: office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys and rapid-response action plans.
  5. Develop and execute a culture-building strategy and execution—design targeted initiatives, workshops and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition.
  6. Educate teams on SteepGraph's 5-DNA through team-led workshops, leadership forums and signature events.
  7. Design and approve total-rewards framework: salary cycles, incentives, spot awards and communications.
  8. Prioritize and review Learning & Development: curriculum, certification tracking and impact reporting.
  9. Drive Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on social media and campus outreach.
  10. Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance: sourcing, screening, offers, TA metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity and HR-tech optimizations.
