Regional Growth Manager

The Regional Growth Manager will be responsible for collaborating with the Graduate – Masters & MBA Degree Program team to drive student enrollment growth in India. The role involves developing strategic recruitment channels, identifying key areas of collaboration between Temple University and Indian institutions, and ensuring that all sensitive prospect and applicant data complies with institutional and US data security policies and privacy laws.

Main Responsibilities:

  • In conjunction with the Temple University India Director and Global Engagement Team, achieve set enrollment targets within regional responsibility by intake.
  • Regularly interact with prospective Fox School of Business graduate students, parents, partner agencies, educational service providers, colleges, universities, institutions, independent organizations, EducationUSA, and US Commercial Services to ensure their needs are consistently met.
  • Develop, manage, and motivate relationships with stakeholders to drive recruitment and brand development within regional responsibility.
  • Establish new channels to grow recruitment within the designated region.
  • Contribute towards the strategic planning of the markets designated, with accountability for achievement of agreed enrolment numbers.

Key Qualifications:

  • A strong first degree (and higher degree or professional management qualification if possible).
  • A proven track record of successfully recruiting and operating in the international higher education sector.
  • Experience of working with and recruiting Indian students for an overseas education.
  • Experience of developing overseas student recruitment channels.
  • Creative ideas towards recruitment strategy of the institution.
  • Recruitment driven and motivated by a target-based culture with ethical standards.
