Regional Growth Manager

We are seeking an accomplished international business professional to spearhead our expansion into the SAARC and Africa markets for our API business. Based at our headquarters in Nariman Point, Mumbai, this role will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in the region.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients in the SAARC and Africa markets through exceptional customer service and market intelligence.
- Leverage 5-10 years of experience from international business or exports divisions of pharmaceutical companies with API backgrounds.
- Select and manage customers to grow our business in the SAARC region by identifying new opportunities and fostering robust customer relationships.
- Generate leads and develop strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve targets for designated countries/regions.
- Coordinate with overseas customers on shipments and related payments collections while ensuring timely delivery and seamless execution.
- Provide regular MIS reports to the Head of Department to track performance and inform business decisions.
- BSc or B Pharma degree; MBA in Marketing/Sales/International Business preferred for advanced knowledge and skills.
- Strong market analysis and competitor mapping skills to stay ahead in the industry.
