As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the resolution of high-value or complex disputes
  • Conducting deep-dive analyses on dispute drivers and financial impact
  • Developing and refining SOPs based on evolving business needs
  • Liaising with legal and compliance teams for sensitive cases
  • Driving automation initiatives in dispute tracking and resolution
  • Mentoring junior team members and conducting quality reviews
  • Representing the dispute team in cross-functional meetings
  • Stakeholder Management – Handling escalations and communicating with senior stakeholders
  • Advanced Reporting – Building and interpreting complex dispute metrics
  • Project Management – Leading initiatives to reduce dispute cycle time
  • Compliance Expertise – Navigating legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Mentorship – Guiding junior team members and reviewing their work
  • Tool Proficiency – Using ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for dispute tracking
  • Change Management – Supporting implementation of new policies or tools
