Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Expert to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead resolution of high-value or complex disputes.
  • They will act as a point of contact for escalations from analysts and associates, providing expert guidance and support.
  • A key responsibility will be conducting deep-dive analyses on dispute drivers and financial impact, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • The Dispute Resolution Expert will also develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on evolving business needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.
  • In addition, they will liaise with legal and compliance teams for sensitive cases, navigating complex legal and regulatory environments.
  • This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, including handling escalations and communicating with senior stakeholders.
  • The Dispute Resolution Expert will also be responsible for advanced reporting, building and interpreting complex dispute metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Project management skills are essential, with a focus on leading initiatives to reduce dispute cycle time and improve overall efficiency.
  • Compliance expertise is crucial, requiring the ability to navigate legal and regulatory frameworks and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
  • Mentorship is also an important aspect of this role, with opportunities to guide junior team members and review their work.
  • Tool proficiency is required, with experience in using ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for dispute tracking.
  • Change management skills are also necessary, supporting the implementation of new policies or tools and ensuring a smooth transition.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, finance, business)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in dispute resolution or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
