Job Title: Senior Analyst OTC Dispute Management

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team in Chennai.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the resolution of high-value or complex disputes through thorough analysis and negotiation.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalations from colleagues, providing guidance and support.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses on dispute drivers and financial impact to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on evolving business needs.
  • Liaise with legal and compliance teams for sensitive cases, ensuring seamless collaboration.

Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in dispute management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
