As a seasoned dispute resolution professional, you will lead the resolution of high-value or complex disputes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact for escalations from analysts and associates, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on dispute drivers and financial impact to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and refine SOPs based on evolving business needs, streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.
  • Liaise with legal and compliance teams for sensitive cases, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Drive automation initiatives in dispute tracking and resolution, leveraging technology to enhance productivity and accuracy.
  • Mentor junior team members and conduct quality reviews, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Represent the dispute team in cross-functional meetings, promoting collaboration and open communication.
  • Stakeholder Management – Handle escalations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Advanced Reporting – Build and interpret complex dispute metrics, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Project Management – Lead initiatives to reduce dispute cycle time, implementing process improvements and delivering results.
  • Compliance Expertise – Navigate complex regulatory frameworks, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
  • Mentorship – Guide junior team members and review their work, providing feedback and support.
  • Tool Proficiency – Utilize ERP/CRM systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for dispute tracking and management.
  • Change Management – Support implementation of new policies or tools, facilitating a smooth transition and minimizing disruption.
